
- 「THE 海外リクルート支援隊」を主催・運営するのは KAISHIN INTERNATIONAL PTY.LTD. (以下、会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社と呼びます)です。「THE 海外リクルート支援隊」のサイト上で情報提供されるプログラム「オーストラリアMIYABIインターンシッププログラム」(以下、各プログラム)は、会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社が日本での募集及び研修先での各プログラム運営を行っています。各プログラムに参加する人(以下、参加者と呼びます)は、プログラム内容をよく検討して頂き、以下の規約に同意し、遵守するようにして下さい。
参加資格について
参加者の義務
基本的義務について
- 研修先に派遣される参加者は、プログラムに参加する上で必要な技能を研鑽し、自己の資質を向上させることを目的にして下さい。その為には、研修先の規則、責任者の指導に従うように努めてください。
- 参加者は、研修先の会社の評判を損なうような行動、言動はとらないように気をつけてください。(迷惑をかけない)また、研修先で不測の事故、病気、災害にあう場合も考えて、海外傷害旅行保険などに必ず加入してください。研修期間中に事故がおき、参加者の個人的な判断で「無保険」状態であった場合、会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社及び研修先の企業、教育機関は一切の責任を負いません。
研修期間不履行について
- 研修先に派遣される参加者は、プログラムに参加する上で必要な技能を研鑽し、自己の資質を向上させることを目的にして下さい。その為には、研修先の規則、責任者の指導に従うように努めてください。
守秘義務について
- 各プログラム研修期間中に得た研修先の業務上の情報やノウハウを外部に漏洩することはできません。また、許可なく研修先の備品等の所有物を外部に持ち出す事は禁止します。違反を行った場合は、オ−ストラリア(派遣される国の)国内法に基づき罰せられます。
現地での自己費用負担分について
- 参加者が研修先で必要に応じて移動する際にかかる交通費は自己負担となります。また、研修期間中に滞在する滞在費用もしくは食事代は自己負担になります。
研修先の学校、もしくは会社の都合により、査証切り替えが必要になった場合の諸経費(申請費用、健康診断費用等)も自己負担とします。
滞在先について
研修停止について
- 参加者が研修期間中に研修先責任者の正当な理由により研修の続行が不可能と判断された場合、参加者はすぐに研修を中断し帰国しなければなりません。この場合の参加者が支払った参加費用の返金は一切ありません。
ビザについて
登録金について
- 参加者は前述の規約を遵守する事に同意し、申込みをする際に登録費用(20万円)を会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社の指定する口座に支払わなければなりません。振込みの際の振込み手数料は参加者の負担とさせていただきます。
参加費用の支払いについて
- 会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社は申込みが完了し、渡航日時の3ヶ月前までに参加者は参加費用の支払いを会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社の指定する口座に支払わなければなりません。振込みの際の振込み手数料は参加者の負担とさせていただきます。
キャンセルについて
- 参加者が中途解約を希望する場合、参加費用の支払いが確認されてから起算し、以下のようなキャンセル費用が発生します。参加費用から、キャンセル料及び振込み手数料を差し引いた金額を返金します。

裁判所管轄について
- 参加者と会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社の取り交わした合意について、何らかの疑義が生じた場合、相方誠意を持って解決するように努めますが、解決に至らない場合、会心インタ−ナショナル株式会社の所在地を裁判所管轄とさせて頂きます。

- 販売に関する内容
「THE 海外RECRUIT 支援隊」のサイト上にて、もしくは郵送にて「選考申込み」を行った方は、原則として1週間以内に合否結果をお知らせいたします。 合格された方でかつ正式にお申し込みを希望される場合、主催運営会社の提示する「プログラム規定」の同意書を提出及び、登録料を指定口座にお支払い下さい。 登録料支払いの際の送金手数料はお客様負担となります。
- 中途解約について
登録料としてお支払い頂いた金額の返金等は一切行っておりません。参加費用についいては別途定めるプログラム規定に従って返金いたします。
- 個人情報の取り扱い管理について
ご提供頂く個人情報は厳重に管理し、これを第三者に流すようなことは致しません。ご提供頂く個人情報は 部外者から不正にアクセスされたり、内部関係者が不正に閲覧しないよう厳重に管理します。

以下、「プログラム規約」英文

- The Overseas Recruit Support Team is operated by Kaishin International Pty Ltd. The programs. the Australia MIYABI Internship Program, the Australia MIYABI Professional Program, (hereafter referred to as “the Programs”) - are operated by Kaishin International Pty Ltd which recruits participants and organizes the provision of training. Information on the programs is provided on the Kaishin International Pty Ltd website. It is a requirement of participants (hereafter The Participants) in the Programs that they fully understand the Programs and agree to and observe the following codes.
Team Member Qualifications
Participants in the Programs organized by Kaishin International Pty Ltd become authorized The Participants after the submission of the Application Form, Code Agreement Form and payment of the Registration Fee has been confirmed. The Participants are able to participate in a program by paying the Participation Fee determined at the time that The Participants is accredited (even if the Participation Fee is later revised).
The Participant’s Obligations
Basic Obligations
- The Participants who are sent to training centers in Australia are asked to acquire the necessary skills to enable them to participate in the Programs and to aim to improve oneself. Towards this, The Participants are asked to comply with the rules of the Training Centers and to follow the instructions of the persons in charge.
- The Participants should avoid any behavior or language that will negatively impact on the reputation of the Company where the training is being carried out (i.e. appropriate behaviour is expected). The Participants are also asked to ensure that they have Overseas Travel Insurance in consideration of unforeseen accidents, illness, or disaster that may occur during training. Kaishin International Pty Ltd and the company where the training is being carried out will bear no responsibility in the event of any consequences arising out of an accident that may occur during training and The Participants being uninsured.
Failure to Attend program During Training
- The length of the Programs that the Participants will be participating in (hereafter referred to as the Training Period) is determined at the time of application. This period can not be arbitrarily altered by the participants once the Training Period has commenced.
The Participants can not disclose, to external parties, any business information or knowledge that they acquired during a Training Program. The participants are also prohibited from removing, from the premises, any fixtures and equipment from the training center without permission. Any violation of the above will be punished in accordance with the laws of Australia (or the country where the Team Members are sent).
Confidentiality Obligation
- The Participants can not disclose, to external parties, any business information or knowledge that they acquired during a Training Program. Team Members are also prohibited from removing, from the premises, any fixtures and equipment from the training center without permission. Any violation of the above will be punished in accordance with the laws of Australia (or the country where the Team Members are sent).
Out-of-pocket Expenses Outside Japan
- Any travel costs incurred at the training destination are to be borne by the Participants. Accommodation and meal costs incurred during the Training Period are also to be borne by the Participants. Any costs incurred in renewing or changing visas due to a decision by the Training School or Company (application fees, cost of physical examination etc) are also to be borne by the Participants.
Accommodation
Discontinuation of Training
- If the person responsible for the training has a valid reason for deciding that the training can no longer be provided to a Participants, that the Participants must immediately discontinue training and return to Japan. In this event, none of the Participation Fee paid by the Team Member shall be refunded.
Visas
- The Participants are responsible for applying for a visa to enter the country where he/she will be undergoing training.
Although Kaishin International Pty Ltd will provide visa application information, as there are often changes in the information provided by the Embassy or the government agency that corresponds to the Immigration Department (hereafter referred to as the Immigration Department) of the country where the training is to be carried out, The Participants should continue to monitor such information through official websites and other means in order to quickly obtain visas if necessary.
Kaishin International Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any losses that the participant may incur as a result of situations such as a delay in the training commencement date due to delays in the visa application process by the participant, or a delay in the issuing of the visa by an Embassy or Immigration Department. The participation fee shall not be refundable in the event of a participant citing the above as a reason for having to cancel the training.
Registration Fee
- ・ The participants shall agree to observe the above codes and pay, into Kaishin International Pty Ltd’s designated bank account, a Registration Fee (\200.000) at the time of application. The cost of the bank transfer shall be borne by the applicant.
Payment of Participation Fee
- When the application process is completed and the applicant will be registered, Kaishin International Pty Ltd will commence making arrangements for the training. Once the training center has been decided, The Participants must pay the participation fee 200.000 Yen within one week into Kaishin International Pty Ltd’s designated bank account. The cost of the bank transfer shall be borne by the applicant.
Cancellations
- If The Participants seeks to cancel the contract requests halfway during the course, the Training Center will make an informal decision, calculating the final amount after first confirming the payment of the participation fee. In this event, the following cancellation fees shall apply. The participation fee minus the cancellation fee and the bank transfer fee shall be repaid to the Participants.

Judicial District
- If there are any questions arising out of, or in connection with, the agreement exchanged between the Participants and Kaishin International Pty Ltd, all efforts shall be made in order to resolve the matter. In the event that the matter is not resolved, Kaishin International Pty Ltd’s location shall be the judicial district.

- The Overseas Training
Acting on behalf of the participant to organize the training in Japan, preliminary training after arrival, following up progress during the training period, and individual counseling.

Those who apply for consideration to participate in the Program through the Overseas Recruit Support Team website or by post will be notified, within a week, as a rule, whether they have been successful. Successful applicants who want to formally apply are then asked to submit the “Program Code” Agreement Form and pay the Registration Fee into the designated bank account. The cost of the bank transfer shall be borne by the applicant.
- Breaking the contract halfway
None of the Registration Fee shall be refunded. Refunds of the Participation Fee shall be made in accordance with the separately prescribed Program Provisions.
- Treatment of Personal Information
All personal information provided to us is strictly controlled and will not be provided to any third parties. All personal information provided to us is also strictly controlled to prevent improper access by external parties and improper browsing by internal parties.
